Crow on the fence post

Crow on Fence 3

I wanted to see if I could do a scissorcut of a barbed wire fence.  The old crow sitting on the fence post seemed a natural, and as I sketched the fence I decided that an old tractor tire would fit the scene.   A little different subject matter than my usual mountain and forest  landscapes.  Let me know what you think.   Thanks for stopping by.

Jim, you are amazing. The barb wire fence is perfect and the tire beneath is put just the right place. Growing up in Spokane and Whitman county I saw many a barb wire fence around a barn and crows all over. You have a natural gift.

Thanks, Sharon.  I just posted this less than an hour ago.  You are my first responder.   Maybe you’ll be the ONLY responder.   So thank you very much. Jim

I continue to be impressed — and amazed — by your scissor-cuts. They are absolutely beautiful. The one we purchased from you commands a prominent wall position in our house. Thank you for sharing this beautiful picture with us.
