Amazing Scissorcuts
Jim’s amazing scissorcuts will be on display and for sale at the Borland Gallery in Silverton, Oregon, throughout the month of September, IF the Silverton Arts Association allows the gallery to be open to the public. During the pandemic, Jim has done dozens of new scissorcuts, some of which can be seen below and by clicking on the Scissorcut tab above.
Opening night for the showing will be Friday, September 4th, 5 – 9 pm. You are urged to wear a mask. We may have to limit the number of visitors inside the gallery at any one time. We hope to be open each Friday 5-9 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays, noon to 5 pm.
You are invited to click on any of Jim’s novels on the sidebar to the right. Fascinating characters based on his experience as a pastor and chaplain.

Thank you for sharing this preview of your art showing with us. I’m glad you have been able to keep busy creating beautiful artwork during our time of confinement. I doubt whether we will be willing to enter a room in September to see your scissor cuts. We are pretty much staying home and avoiding other people, especially in room, during the pandemic. Be well!
